Order Cancellation

At Outrun Jewelry, we work hard to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible.
Because most of our products are imported, made-to-order, or prepared immediately after purchase, cancellations are time-sensitive.
Please review our policy below before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

A. Before Shipment

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed or shipped.

  • To cancel, please contact us immediately at support@outrunjewelry.com or WhatsApp +91 96500 83363with your order number.

  • Once we confirm that the order has not been shipped or packed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

B. After Shipment / Processing

  • Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped cannot be cancelled.

  • If you no longer wish to keep the product after delivery, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

2. Order Cancellation by Outrun Jewelry

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following circumstances:

  • Product out of stock or discontinued.

  • Pricing or technical error on the website.

  • Payment not received or transaction flagged for security review.

  • Customer address incomplete, unverifiable, or service unavailable in that area.

In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and any payment received will be refunded in full.

3. Pre-Orders & Customized Orders

  • Orders placed for customised, personalised, or special imported items are non-cancellable once confirmed.

  • These orders are processed directly with our overseas manufacturers and cannot be reversed.

4. Refund Timeline

Once a cancellation is approved:

  • Refunds will be credited within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

  • Payments made via COD or manual bank transfers will be refunded through bank transfer or store credit.
