Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Outrun Jewelry. We value your trust and strive to provide the best quality products and service.
Since most of our jewellery items are imported, hand-finished, and customized, we follow a transparent but limited return and refund policy as outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns / Replacement
We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:
- 
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. 
- 
A design, colour, or size delivered is significantly different from what was ordered. 
- 
Any product missing from your order (if reported within the specified time). 
To be eligible:
- 
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. 
- 
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp with clear photos/videos as proof. 
- 
Items returned must include all original tags, boxes, and accessories. 
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality-control reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- 
Earrings, nose pins, or any body jewellery. 
- 
Customised or made-to-order designs. 
- 
Items purchased during discount sales or promotional offers. 
- 
Minor variations in colour, plating tone, or size due to lighting or screen differences. 
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product:
- 
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
- 
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. 
- 
Refunds will be made only to the original payment method (Razorpay, bank, PayPal, etc.). 
If payment was made via COD or other manual methods, refund will be issued through bank transfer or store creditafter verification.
4. Replacement Policy
If your product qualifies for replacement:
- 
A replacement will be shipped once the defective item is received and inspected. 
- 
In case replacement stock is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or request a refund. 
5. Cancellations
- 
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. 
- 
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. 
- 
Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 5–7 working days. 
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- 
If the return is due to a wrong, defective, or damaged item — we will bear the shipping cost. 
- 
If the return is due to any other reason (e.g., customer preference), you will be responsible for return shipping. 
7. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take photos and refuse delivery if possible.
If accepted, report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photos of both the outer package and product.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
8. International Orders
- 
International orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange except in cases of major damage or incorrect item. 
- 
Customs duties or import taxes paid by customers are non-refundable.
